[2022] Punika Knowledge transfer not working

Hi there! I apologize as I was across the country last week, and am still catching up a bit.

The Punika Knowledge Transfer has indeed been fixed, so players will no longer experience this going forward. If you used the system while it was still broken, following the fix your characters will automatically be boosted as they originally should have been.

For the folks that ran through Punika manually after the Knowledge Transfer failed to work, you will have to submit a ticket to CS in order to get your gold refunded, as this is something that we cannot automatically verify and grant through the game: Lost Ark - Support | Amazon Games
