This is related to the ongoing store issues and we are still working on fixing this system. We are aware that some players may still be having trouble collecting certain items and packs from their Product Inventories – this is flagged as a bug and we are still working to fix it, but we will ensure those items “unstick” in the future. Unfortunately I do not have an ETA, as this has been something that we are improving over time, but is still a priority.

We are aware of this type of issue as well, as it is all related to the same ongoing issues with how the commerce and game servers are communicating with each other. Unfortunately it’s the result of a complex technical issue instead of one simple bug fix. It is still a top priority to resolve, which is why we have been rolling out multiple improvements to the system, but I completely understand the frustration especially when it seems like things should have been fixed but you are having the same experience (and it’s around something you purchased).

We’ll share further developments as soon as possible; unfortunately I’m not a part of the support team so I don’t have the tools to directly address player tickets or issues in-game, but I am always happy to provide information where I can.
