[2022] False positive Ban but AGS replies she's a bot

Hey there – the 10010 connection error is a different issue from a code of conduct ban, so this is interesting to see. I know she already submitted a ban appeal, but I would strongly suggest she send in an additional one calling out that 10010 error if she has not. The team has been flagged to look through these with more scrutiny this week and today especially as there seems to be a slight uptick in false positives, so it should be something that is cleared through that process.
