Unfortunately a lot of this happened in the middle of the night for our North American team, which means communications and updates were not as consistent as they might normally be.

It is 10 AM PT where we are, so the sun has indeed not been up for 7 hours where we’re located. 3 AM is far outside of regular working hours.
We do have some EU CMs that work out of that region. They are a part of AGS, and work across multiple projects. I am providing an explanation for the hours that the North American team was not present.
