Thanks everyone – these are not happening as frequently now, but it looks like they haven’t resolved completely for some players. The team is still aware and investigating, and I apologize for the slow improvements on this issue.

EAC Disconnect is a different issue, and with the ban it sounds like something else is going on – would definitely reach out to Support!
