While I can see how this may appear to be confusing, Chardis is the name of an internal tool. It is in fact named after the New World boss, but the tool itself is used with accounts for multiple Amazon Games. The name here is referencing that tool, and not the in-game New World boss, and is not an indicator of the reason for your ban.

I hope that clears up “Chardis” for folks who may be seeing this, but beyond that myself and the other staff members here on the forums don’t have access to the tools (Chardis included) needed to investigate player bans or suspensions. The only way to obtain additional information about a specific ban is directly through Customers Support.
