[2022] Server downtime to remove "Notice: Skill Trees" ingame mails

**–UPDATE: The North America East, Europe Central, Europe West, and South America regions are already online. The maintenance for the region North America West needs to be extended and we will let you know as soon as we have more information to share.

Today, Lost Ark characters received an in-game mail about the upcoming changes to the Skill Tree Transfer System titled “Notice: Skill Trees”. This mail included rewards that weren’t intended to be sent along this message.

Starting at 5 AM PT /2 PM CET we’ll perform an unscheduled maintenance and the Lost Ark servers will be unavailable for 120 minutes. During this maintenance unclaimed mails titled “Notice: Skill Trees” will be removed from characters mailboxes, and unused items claimed from these emails will be also removed. Pheons claimed from these emails will be deducted as well.

We need to extend the maintenance for all regions. We expect the servers to be back around 8 AM PT / 5 PM CET but we will let you know as soon as we have more information to share. Thank you for your patience.

Today’s unscheduled maintenance will be extended for two additional hours as we work to solve the issue. The new estimated end time is 10 AM PT / 7 PM CET. We apologize for the continued delays.
