Hey folks, have a potential fix I would like y’all to try if this issue is persisting.

Please “Repair Service” on your EAC Client. You can do this by going to your install folder, which can generally be found at …\Binaries\Win64\EasyAntiCheat

From here, please run EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe and click the “Repair Service” button on (Game 580)

Let me know if this resolves the problem

This is still being investigated by the team – for folks who are confused by not having this issue in other regions, it is due to EAC having issues with the South America region in particular, which is why a majority of these reports are coming in from players on those servers. This is not an indicator of a flag on your account.

Appreciate the continued reports and folks sharing their servers and regions; it is extremely helpful.

Some players may see improvements by taking the following steps:

  • Open the Lost Ark Application in your Steam library.
  • Open Settings, select Manage, and then Browse Local Files.
  • Open the EasyAntiCheat folder.
  • Launch the EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe file as administrator, and run it.
  • Select Repair.

If you try this method, please make sure you restart your computer and do not have the game or program running before repairing. It is also not a fix that we’ve seen work for everyone, but will have limited success for some players as we continue to work on a wider solution.

Issue should be resolved for players in all regions excluding North America West, still working through things there
