[2022] T1/T2 rush gearing is a bad decision

This has been removed from the patch notes, as it is not accurate to our version at launch; apologies for the misinformation

Yes, this means that the progression pathway to T3 will not be accelerated outright at launch as it currently is in other regions.

While I apologize for the confusion, nothing has been reverted and we will not be patching the game before Head Start in 15 hours; this was erroneously included in the patch notes and has been removed since it is not in our launch build.
