Hey folks, I understand emotions run high when the servers are offline but please do your best to keep it civil, thank you.

Yea, I probably scrubbed the worst of the comments but folks were going after each other pretty hard. We have a Code of Conduct for the forums, we ask folks follow it.
Just a reminder that we moderate the forums and folks who start getting toxic with each other will be removed.
No, you can complain and provide feedback, please just be constructive and remove the profanity. Thank you.
I don’t have the ability to fix these server issues, but the team is working on it. I do understand folks are frustrated from the downtime and hear the feedback that we need to improve our communication before and during these hotfixes and outages.
Thanks, i will ping the webdev team. i think this is a solid practice.
I am not the best person to speak to the details of these bugs and issues but I think a lot of the issues we experience come from the unique builds we have, that combine content, features, and systems from difference phases of the games development. We aren’t rolling out a 1 to 1 version that any other region has had. So even though the game has been live in other parts of the world, this exact software hasn’t been. Hopefully that makes sense.
When I say civil I mean don’t talk about doing horrible things to each other’s families not don’t express your frustration or anger at this situation. I am not asking or expecting anyone to be calm. Just some of the comments and fights earlier were getting hideous.
There are a lot of reasons for that, one example is trying to introduce things gradually so folks don’t feel pressured to pay to keep up.
Any downtime extensions aren’t planned, the team has set their target time to get the servers back online and are working to solve the issues and meet that deadline.
I have pinged the team to get confirmation on compensation.
Our goal, the goal of any Community team, is to try to understand player perspective, feedback, frustrations, and points of confusion and be the voice of the player with the team. Rox in particular pushes really hard to get changes, communication, and improvements made. I know this process can be slow and some issues, like Bots, last way longer than anyone would like but we’ll keep pushing for change and for communication.
I will follow up with the team on this as well. Thanks for adding it to this discussion.
