Hey folks, The team is aware and working to address these issues.

If an agent gives you a weird answer like directing you here or telling you to submit a report in-game. That person is wrong and giving you the wrong answer. Human error happens. I am asking support to check with all their agents to make sure they all understand how to receive your tickets.

The team is 100% working through them however, they could only make progress when the servers are live. So today’s downtime really held us back from resolving this for you.

We do not have character transfer functionality, or many things would be done differently.

You do not need to be logged in, however we did need servers to be live, which they now are.

You do not need to resubmit tickets if you already have one sent in.

No, things haven’t changed in part because the servers were offline in prep for launch. The team is working through all the tickets now.

I have submitted a request for compensation. Our first priority is to get everyone back in an playing, then after resolution I’ll continue the discussion with the team on compensation. Your ask is reasonable and valid in my opinion.

“Players do have to be online in order for us to be able to grant those users the quests
Once we grant the quests, we will be responding to the ticket to let them know the issue has been resolved but the players must be online within the game for us to fix this issue, they will probably see the quest pop up on screen when we fix it.”
