Thanks, the team is aware of this and actively working on improving tools to improve the situation as well as working around the clock in the meantime. We’ll get some more information out to share about this topic in the near future.
We’re still actively working on an updating our chat filter, so I definitely hear that. Unfortunately part of the problem with these spammers is that “gold” or “g0ld” standard sentences easily become “goo@@@LLLD” or some other ridiculous text string to carry on the spamming and they are highly adaptable, so even when it comes to patterns it can still be a bit of a whack-a-mole situation. We are making improvements here of course, but it’s going to take improvements in several avenues for sure!!

Bots are a huge issue that the team is aware of, and we have actively been making improvements to our anti-cheat and anti-spam tools behind the scenes. The results of this work will be coming in soon, and we’ll have more to share shortly.
