Hey there! There are lots of different ways feedback is sent along. In cases of bugs, generally making sure those go into the Bugs and Localization Feedback section of our forums is a direct path to getting it investigated. Whether or not your post receives a reply, our QA team is always here to track and try to replicate bugs. If it can be replicated, it is reported directly to Smilegate using internal tools so that they can work on a fix for a future game build.

When you see a comment that your post has been reported, it’s bonus confirmation that someone on staff has seen it and it’s going into that internal tool to be investigated and fixed as needed!!
