Thanks for the thoughtful and detailed feedback. Since launch the team has been closely monitoring player data and progress. We are working with our developer, Smilegate RPG, on a roadmap that provides the right content and features at the right time based on the progression rates of our player base. We do hear the concern that players may feel pressured to pay in order to keep up with the pace of the game and this is not something we want. We’ll provide more updates and details on how we’ll roll out future content as soon as possible.

As mentioned above, we are currently reworking the roadmap with Smilegate RPG to reflect where our player base is currently at in terms of progression and gameplay.

Unfortunately, we are not able to get to all the responses we receive as quickly as we’d like to and we try to respond to as many quality posts as we can. I do appreciate your thoughtful feedback and appreciate your patience waiting for us to read and respond.

“Oh, I was told I am of no real value.”

Of course, they are the developers of Lost Ark. We are working closely with them on everything related to the game. What would lead you think think otherwise?

Since launch we have been learning so much about this player base and what this version of Lost Ark need to be now and in the future. There is some uncertainty, and it is uncertainty the team is actively working through. So I think that uncertainty is definitely being felt by the players.
I definitely understand the ask for large clarifying statements, more roadmap transparency, and communication on all the outstanding questions players have. I can say, the team is 100% working on these things, it is a top priority, and we care about this a lot.

There is a pattern of behavior where positive things are attributed to SGR and negative things are attributed to AG, but the reality is we work in close partnership and make decisions together.
