It is a problem, and has been since launch. We are always working on banning more bots and upgrading our anti-cheat tools. We’ve banned a significant number of bots over the past week, but botters continue to upgrade as well. In terms of RMT, we’re still cracking down on bans, but recently we have stopped allowing people to try and lobby for ban appeals in the forums as this is not the correct avenue for doing so, so conversation around that may seem stilted.
