[2022] AGS don't care about EU at all

The make-good for the folks on the Galatur server is for a subset of players that were affected by a one-off gamebreaking bug that has locked them out of being able to progress through the main story quest/progress at all on their characters. You can see more on that here: Galatur Account Issues

Because we are not able to resolve these bugs in a timely manner, we have decided to grant the affected players something that will hopefully make starting a new character a bit easier for them after waiting so long for a fix. Overall, this situation is very separate from other issues that players are experiencing, and assisting these players has no bearing on others.
