This is something we raised to the teams to a bit ago; let me follow up to see if there is any update I can share (Launch and outstanding launch issues have taken a bit of a hold over everything at the moment of course…)
Hi – it’s taken some time to track down, and now I have to track down the old threads, as well so I apologize.
At this point in time, we cannot add additional slots to include more facial presets in the game due to the limitations of the character customization feature; if we are able to expand the amount of presets in the future we would love to bring some back, but this isn’t currently being developed.
