[2022] North America West Valtan and Mari Server Compensation

Heroes of Arkesia,

On Sunday, April 10th, the North America West region came down for a hotfix (North America West Server Hotfix - 4/10 at 2 AM PT) after many players on the Mari and Valtan servers experienced disconnects and ongoing server instability.

Players on Valtan and Mari that were affected by these issues on Saturday (4/9) or Sunday (4/10) will receive compensation for this unexpected maintenance. This will be delivered to your Product Inventory, and include the following:

• 3 Battle Items Chest
• 1-Day Crystalline Aura

Delivery of these items is rolling out now, but it may take up to 8 hours for all affected players to receive their compensation due to the scale.
