[2022] Honing Patch when

There’s a lot of mixed feedback on honing, and we’re still keeping a close eye. For now, the plan is to make materials and leveling more accessible through features like events, the ark pass, the express mission event, etc. Player progression moving towards Valtan is much better than we saw with Argos, which is great, but we’re making sure to try and strike the right balance between challenging and frustrating
