Unfortunately we don’t have publishing rights in Korea, so we are not supposed to allow players from regions where we do not have rights into the game. Those rights for the Korean version of the game belong to Smilegate RPG and their client. I apologize!
Taiwan has a separate publisher for the game that is not Amazon; we do not have rights to publish there either. We are not the owners of Lost Ark, Smilegate RPG is, so we can only publish in regions that we have been given the rights to, and are not approved to publish the game elsewhere.
