Hey, I appreciate the post. I know it’s frustrating; I think a lot of the issues surrounding this delay in particular stem from the fact that a lot of these changes and fixes came in overnight for the NA teams. The call was made to delay after business hours, and then the changes that came in afterwards happened very late at night when a majority of the team was offline and asleep. When this happens, we have people that step in and help post updates, but with so many folks across teams offline it makes it extremely difficult to get full transparent communications up and going at those odd hours.
