Alright, there was something funky happening on the back end and this is now being resolved – should take half an hour or so to restore those tickets (you won’t see them before then), so I’ll be checking back in about an hour from now to see if there are lingering issues. Looks like some additional ones are resolving – for clarity, please let me know if you are still missing a pass specifically due to the server restart on Europe West this morning. Otherwise, your ticket should come in over the next day-ish as per usual guidelines that our lovely CS agent messaged above.
