We trying to see if there is a way we can assist with this, and understand that today’s rolling restarts will and have caused this issue for more folks. I do apologize, and as server stability continues to improve this issue should not persist into the future.
I appreciate the reports and tags, but unfortunately we are unable to re-grant players access to weekly dungeons that they are locked out of at this time. I apologize for this situation, and we are working to mitigate surrounding issues to prevent it from continuing into the future.
