[2022] Servers down without warning?

Sorry for the short heads up, but please see the following:

Yup, we apologize for the short heads up, but this can be considered a bit of an emergency restart that we needed to act upon before things went strictly south. As this continues throughout the day, we will try to get longer leadtimes.

While I apologize for those in queues, unfortunately this was an emergency restart which needed to happen as soon as possible in order to prevent things getting into a bad state. I understand the short heads up is not ideal, but letting things go on may have caused further issues down the road.

Store and aura issues are ongoing, not tied to this restart, and will be fixed in our next update. Those details are available in the top section here: Update on Current Top Issues

Yes, they are not gone from your account but simply not appearing. This next update I referenced above should directly address that

The patch is currently being built by Smilegate RPG and we are prepping for it this week.
