@WandaVizzie Unfortunately this is an issue of publishing rights -- we are not legally allowed to publish Lost Ark in regions that we don't have rights to.
@Fehmto Founder's Packs will be sold up until the game launches in early 2022.
@WangYongLin_ Unfortunately we do not have the publishing rights for Lost Ark for SEA, which means we are unable to launch a server for players in that region.
