[2019] Weird issue where controller unresponsive in tutorial?

Hi Jason!

From what I'm reading it sounds like the tutorial defaulted to one of your other controllers as the one to use. You shouldn't need to restart your computer -- I'd say, worst case, restart the game with a single controller plugged in. I will add a task for myself to handle this properly in the future.
