@_RunGrizzly @BowlcutStudios There really aren't hard and fast rules for defining what is toxic or what isn't, but if someone is routinely upsetting other players and making the community less enjoyable for everyone with negativity, it may be time to act.

@_RunGrizzly @BowlcutStudios That said, this is the first time we've had a problem with it so I'm a pretty green to identifying it. That's why I asked for advice from people who are better and more experienced at managing communities than I am. Like you, this isn't something I ever considered at the start!

@SchalaWalls The banned player didn't say anything transphobic, but I can see how the discord message could be interpreted that way 😮 in many gaming communities, most of the members are guys, so she had become used to letting people assume she was too to avoid harassment.
