But all the rewards we can earn playing 3 day quests gone bye bye

I can tell you from dealing with Wizards for a long time, if you have any issues, submit a ticket and as much information as possible on it. They WILL make it up to you. They always do. I've had to wait like 3 days to get things resolved before, but they give their support team a lot of power to make things right and they will.
If you don't trust them, that's cool. As a fellow customer and player, trust me. Just send the ticket.

How the hell is Day9 playing without problems when I can't even open the game? Are people still working on this 8 hours later or did they go home? Seems insane to me that we can't even resolve a black screen stopping people from using the program, this shouldn't be some obscure issue, the program won't open.

Sometimes in-game issues don't impact absolutely everyone. There are other streamers that have experienced issues today. And the devs are definitely still working on it! We want to get this fixed just as bad as folks want to play. I know it's super frustrating to wait but they're working as fast as they can. Thanks for being patient!

Will everyone who upvoted the egg blank screen get the rewards? Or do you have to post your own? After I got the blank screen O immediately went toy collection and nothing had the new "market" so I know I did not get it, then I redeemed the playzendikar code to see if it was all reward and I got my 3 packs. Can you also extend the daily quest for today to when the black screen, server connection issue is solved?
