So, i dont know what to do now. I redeemed a code about a month ago, did not recieve the cards. I contacted support and got a reply in maby 10 minutes. The sulotion suggested by them did not work as i replyed to them, since then i have not recieved any response. I have opened other tickets trying to solv this matter and they get closed within 10 minutes. I even tryed to contact support with a complain that i dont recieved any respons but those tickets also get closed with out any response. Any tips? Is there a phonenumber to call perhaps?

Will everyone who upvoted the egg blank screen get the rewards? Or do you have to post your own? After I got the blank screen O immediately went toy collection and nothing had the new "market" so I know I did not get it, then I redeemed the playzendikar code to see if it was all reward and I got my 3 packs. Can you also extend the daily quest for today to when the black screen, server connection issue is solved?

How the hell is Day9 playing without problems when I can't even open the game? Are people still working on this 8 hours later or did they go home? Seems insane to me that we can't even resolve a black screen stopping people from using the program, this shouldn't be some obscure issue, the program won't open.

Sometimes in-game issues don't impact absolutely everyone. There are other streamers that have experienced issues today. And the devs are definitely still working on it! We want to get this fixed just as bad as folks want to play. I know it's super frustrating to wait but they're working as fast as they can. Thanks for being patient!

I can tell you from dealing with Wizards for a long time, if you have any issues, submit a ticket and as much information as possible on it. They WILL make it up to you. They always do. I've had to wait like 3 days to get things resolved before, but they give their support team a lot of power to make things right and they will.
If you don't trust them, that's cool. As a fellow customer and player, trust me. Just send the ticket.

Thanks for the official love, above. I guess we should expect this- most games apply an update, and add maybe 3% new content. Not sure what percentage of total data the new set represents. It is still "under maintenance" and we should not schedule our lives around a game.

A new set changes a lot of things in-game, and game development has a million different factors to it. I understand that it's frustrating to wait. I'm chomping at the bit to play the new set, too! They're working as fast as they can to resolve things. :heart:

They may wish to have an official representative post here if they took things back down for maintenance (since you know, they were actually up at one point, and the game gives no such indication). Preferably with an ETA so people know how long to not bother trying for. I don't even know where that status page you found is located!
This is one of the only real valid complaints. The official communication here on the forums is non-existent. It seems [[58194,users]] is either on a month long vacation or doesn't work there anymore.
I do still work here, and no I'm not on vacation. I'm no longer a community manager though! I took on a different social media role recently. I may still pop in occasionally but expect to see some different WotC folks here.

It's true, these forums can get a bit grouchy, but there are some really helpful people on here too! If you ever see a particularly mean post, please use our report function so our moderators can take a look asap.

I'm seeing quite a few folks on this thread saying "Well X forums are worse!!1!" How about we focus on this forum and just make an effort to be a bit more positive. Even if we all have different opinions on things, we're all here because we love Magic. :slightly_smiling_face:

Yessss! Literally nothing wrong with netdecking. In fact, I encourage people to do so! It's super helpful for newer players (or those who don't have hours to comb through sets and brew). For example, when building my first Commander deck, I used an existing decklist as "inspiration". It wasn't a true netdeck but it did help me find some card combos that I wouldn't have thought about before simply because I wasn't aware that those cards existed.
P.S. I see a lot of people here complaining about opponents playing "netdecks", when that "netdeck" is just obvious card combinations lol.
How do you break the monotny of facing the same deck over and over?

You play something different. Seriously. Play some Jumpstart, or switch to Historic. Maybe play some Limited. My personal take on it is that you're probably not actually playing the same deck over a...
