Well, I installed that thing, it fixed my problem but now almost every game I play, it freezes my laptop and I gotta reboot my laptop. This is BS. Is there a way we can get reimbursement for the Mastery Pass? At least partial reimbursement? I do not want to continue playing this game because they are just stealing my money right now. Everything as been fine for the past months and then they decide to update the game and someone at this company can't do his job right and tons of players are having problems, none are being resolved.

First off, zero need for insults. The issue you're having could be due to a lot of different things not even on our end (like a hardware update). Insulting anyone (including employees) on these forums is a Code of Conduct violation.

Second, report this to us! We can't look into something in depth if we don't have info. Please report it, with logs, via our bug forms. Click the support link at the top of the page and it will take you there.

Sorry, I didn't write this as a way to insult, I mean saying that someone did not do his job correctly isn't an insult, especially when it is aimed to no one in particular, I see it more like a fact, true or false, and I suspect it is true because only MTG Arena crashes and I started having trouble right after the last update… How can I not suspect it comes from your side, especially after visiting reddit with tons of player complaining about the same issue, all since the update.

I sent my report with a log of my latest crash. We'll see what comes out of it. It even crashes sometimes during the loading when it's checking for updates.

I'm not saying that the problem ISN'T on our end, but it could also be on your end. We don't know, do we? By submitting logs to our bug forums we are able to look into an issue much further, establish patterns, and find solutions on either end. By all means, post here as well because I definitely do read all posts here and want to know what is happening to players... But do so nicely because insults don't help anyone fix anything (just gets your post removed for breaking CoC).

For example, it could be a matter of you have a specific graphics card and just need to update your drivers to fix an issue. Yes, you see other people post about it on Reddit, because they too have that graphics card and haven't updated their drivers in a while.

It could also be something like us fixing a bug caused another bug. It happens haha. When you have a LOT of people playing one game, people are going to run into bugs that we didn't, because we're a much smaller sample size. Hopefully this gives you some context!

It's been upvoted more than 1100 times on the Bug Report forum and it still seems like WotC is still pretending like nothing is wrong?

We definitely know that something is wrong. That's why we posted this fix on 3/12!

If you are running into a black screen upon update, your computer just needs to be updated! Please download the latest version of Visual C++ vc_redist.x86.exe to fix this. You can do so here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
