[2019] Major problems

If you're running into performance issues, PLEASE report it! The more data we have, the better we can tackle something. Please include:

- Wizards account email

- DxDiag report

- Log File (found in /mtga/mtga_data/logs/logs/)

- Time of incident

- Any other information that you think may be relevant (for example, "I was also running Skyrim with four mods at the same time as MTG Arena").

- A detailed description of what is happening

-Bad example: "My game crashed and now has a black screen."

-Good example: "My game crashed and showed a black screen when I entered my attack phase and starting declaring my 30th attacker."
