It's just that you can't put cards into the sideboard while you're drafting. Once you're done with the drafting portion sideboarding works like normal (as you're building your deck, between games in a Bo3 match, etc.).
When doing Strixhaven sealed, do I need to add Lessons to my sideboard? I’m not seeing the option to do this on mobile.
In draft or sealed your sideboard is all the cards from your pool that aren’t in your deck. You don’t need to add cards to it explicitly
