Well, allowing non-constructive rant posts is a double edged sword. On one hand, it gives people a safe space to vent and get some of the feel bads out of their system. On the other, it means I can't really participate in the conversation or gather meaningful feedback.

why we cannot be toxic to whats going on? my issue request with black screen was SOLVED. I got an answer - we know issue and working... We will be toxic i think?
If you ask about an issue, and we answer that we're aware of the problem and working on it, that is a perfectly reasonable answer. Being mean to our support people won't make things get fixed faster.
I get that it isn't the answer you want, and it's frustrating to wait for a fix, but we try to fix things as fast as possible. Unfortunately some bugs are harder to solve.

Again, insulting people doesn't make anything fixed faster. It does however violate our Code of Conduct and get your posts removed and you suspended from the forums, though. It is easy to be frustrated and voice your concerns without being toxic... Just voice your concern without insulting people. Say, "Hey, I'm running into the black screen issue. Is there a timeline on when this will be fixed? Or does anyone have advice on how to get around it for now? It's really frustrating that it isn't fixed yet."
Now how are we monitoring it? If you check the latest patch notes we put in more logging to better identify & track down performance problems. This doesn't fix anything, but it will help us narrow it down. I understand that it is SUPER frustrating to not be able to play the game smoothly. I want us to get this fixed too! I assure you that we're doing everything we can to get it figured out. You can help us by submitting your game logs on the bug forums. The more data we collect, the better! :slight_smile:
