[2020] MTGA Client issues here

Support definitely answers back, if you're submitting a ticket. Please double check your spam folder. You probably got an email saying "reply back if your problem isn't fixed". Submitting multiple tickets doesn't help, and sometimes it takes a little bit for them to respond because they answer tickets in order received.
