@Spell Binder:

Good feedback! We should not be forced to play special events in order to reach level 100 to achieve all of the rewards in the Master Pass. The xp given for wins should be greater than the current system. A good number of people would like to be able to grind more xp in one day and maybe take some days off. Freedom of choice and all that. Since one win gives 100 xp and wins 2 & 3 give 50 xp each, I think it is reasonable if wins 4 through 15 give 25 xp each.
Then we have a similar structure to our previous daily rewards up to 15 wins. This would allow a maximum of 1300 xp per day and level 100 could be achieved in less than 80 days by a dedicated player without using special events. As a result, the xp awarded in the special events could be reduced slightly to compensate. The special event xp should be thought of as more of a replacement for days that players aren’t able to log in and get their daily xp.
If devs feel that 25 xp for wins is too generous, then even 25 xp for wins 4 & 5 and then 10 xp for wins 6-15 would be a significant improvement. That would allow us to reach level 100 in 87 days without special events.
Also, looking at extremes, since set release dates are not evenly distributed throughout the year, the current system could very well give us 30 booster packs for one set and 48 packs for another set. Wouldn’t we be better off if the Set Masteries were standardized? I would rather get the same amount of booster packs from each set. So, with 52 weeks in a year, that would mean the basic path would give us 39 packs for each set.
I hope [[58194,users]] is taking a look at all of the mastery feedback!

I am. That is a lot of my job. The devs are also watching the conversations.

However, I do not/will not join the discussion in feedback posts.

Im sorry but this didnt helped me at all. I already read this.
My question is: if i own a batlepass will i be able to get to Level 100 when i go on vacation and miss one or two weeks of dailies and Events?
If not i dont want hear or read anything about the "value" of the remaining 2-3 weeks.
I want the posibility to catch up with grinding for example. So there should at least be a "storage" for the unused exp between two Sets.

I'm not sure about the math tbh. I can ask.

If you aren't sure that you want to buy it, just play without the pass until the end of the season. If you hit a level you're happy with, buy the Mastery Pass, and you get all of the additional rewards available until the level you hit. So if you get towards the end of the set and you're at level 75 on the regular track, you can buy it and get all of those paid rewards up to level 75.

I'm one of those people who can't log on every day! I have a life outside of MTGA! Work, Family and so on. The old system made playing fun and worth it to me! This new system is to time consuming and grind intensive for just one pack! That suck balls! This game needs to also be worth it for people like me or lose players fast! So fix it and fast!

You don't have to log in every day. The only change made was adding XP to your quests, and no longer having a weekly win reward. You can get the same rewards for playing two days a week.

That's simply not true.

If a player logs in only 2 days a week, and completes the daily and gets 3 wins that day, they will earn 2 levels on the pass per week.

The pass duration seems to be twelve weeks. Maybe 11, not sure. But using 12 weeks, that means they'll gain 24 levels for the duration of the pass. That's only 12 packs. Previously, they could have earned 36 packs in those 12 weeks (3 per week for 15 wins in those 2 days). The gold earning doesn't change. But the pack earnings most definitely does change based on how many days you get 3 wins now.

If you play say on a Wednesday and Sunday and complete the quests+wins, you get 5200xp (2600xp for all three quests+daily wins per day). This is because each day you receive a new quest. Roll that up with other chances to get xp you can push 6 levels. That's three boosters a week.

If you log in only twice a week you only get 2 dailies a week, correct? Or do you get 3 dailies the one day you log in if you log in every 3 days?

Like, I'm going to be gone for 7 or 8 days soon. If the day before I leave, I complete all my quests, when I log in 8 or 9 days later, will I log in to a single daily (for the day I logged in), or will I log in to 3 dailies?

No. You get one new quest per day whether you log in or not (max three though, they do not stack). If you finish all of your quests on Monday, and then take a week break, you will come back to three new quests.

NOTE: If you don't complete one on Monday, it doesn't go away, and will be there waiting the next time you play.

Ideally that would work out, but you shouldn't discount that there are literal "Weekend Warriors" that only get 1-2 days over a weekend which would put them at 2600 to 3600 xp/week. In trying to get a completed mastery pass, these players won't ever see the further rewards no matter which scenario. Of course the season pass may or may not be of value to them, but it is still possibly a good chunk less rewards for their play then they are used to.

I am not discounting them. I am admittedly one of them.
