First off, I'm sorry that you're having in-game issues! I know that it's super frustrating. This can be due to MANY different things, from your local ISP to a secondary program running in the background to servers to hardware etc, which is why I ask people to let us know via the proper channel and submit logs along with it. Unfortunately reporting an issue doesn't mean that it will be solved in an hour, or even a couple weeks, but it is the first step. We take performance issues VERY seriously. If you run into a performance issue while in an event, contact our support team via this request.

Second, I am in studio with the devs and am in constant contact with them. I'm not joking when I say that I'm always lurking and passing along things to the devs/leadership (bugs, performance issues, quality of life suggestions, community concerns, fun things, etc). I'm always in contact online, or when we're in office by walking up to someone's desk... But they can only look into those issues if people report them to us with additional info (like those logs). See why it is so important? I know that I sound like a broken record but truly that data is extremely valuable to us. Saying "my game crashed" doesn't mean much, but with that data supporting it? Perfect. Then we can dig in.

Third, there is zero need for hostility. I understand that you're frustrated but insulting staff and other forum members is a Code of Conduct violation. I'm going to close this thread.

Again, we do care, and we do take performance issues very seriously. This is why we need players to report issues via the bug forums, and provide those game logs. For example, we're aware of the "checking for updates" issue and will hopefully have a fix very soon!
