I have a problem with the game and I need help, I can't play. Everything works perfectly for me (Deck Maker, shop, etc.) but at the time of playing a game (of any kind) the game is frozen with the phrase "Waiting for the server" forever. Unfortunately that is the only troubleshooting advice I have as well. Perhaps uninstall and reinstall the game?

Also, it might sound silly, but have you tried replacing your ethernet cable? I saw someone do that a while back and it fixed the problem. They just had a really old one that wouldn't cooperate with the game for some reason.

Can you please submit your issue, along with any details you can give us, on our bug forums? It won't fix anything, but may be able to help us look into it further.

(Letting us know what PC hardware you have would be great.)
