It's a card designation that starts at a certain value and will perpetually change based on the card's rules text—such as attacking or tapping a card.

This Best-of-Three event starts March 25 and all players who enter the event will receive the Neon Orge Mask sleeve.

There's also a few improvements, including play blade adjustments and other cosmetic tweaks. For example, unopened packs will now be organized from newest to oldest.
