[2019] Card Flicking, option to turn it off?

When the opponent moves their mouse over a card or zone, they flash white.

I'm seeing a lot of games where the opponent is flickering their hand, as if they're attempting to inflict epilepsy on their opponent.

Often the purpose of emotes is to tilt people, so we have the option to turn that off, but it would be nice if that could be applied to the card flickering too :)
