[2020] Ignored by support, over a month

So, i dont know what to do now. I redeemed a code about a month ago, did not recieve the cards. I contacted support and got a reply in maby 10 minutes. The sulotion suggested by them did not work as i replyed to them, since then i have not recieved any response. I have opened other tickets trying to solv this matter and they get closed within 10 minutes. I even tryed to contact support with a complain that i dont recieved any respons but those tickets also get closed with out any response. Any tips? Is there a phonenumber to call perhaps?

It sounds like you entered a code in from Secret Lair and that was for just a sleeve, not the lands themselves. Sorry for the confusion!
