Possible bug: stuck at “claim” screen

Hi everyone,

Is it just me or do you also get stuck at the same screen after a finished match?

I played 2 Bo3 matches and won 4 rounds, yet my ranking did not improve/change and I got stuck at the “claim screen” after that my rewards popped up. Daily matches and rewards worked fine, but I had to restart the app every time to get back to the main screen.

So the bug is getting stuck after claiming rewards and ranking not changing/updating.

Any tips?

Thanks for the report; we're aware of this bug affecting Bo3 games on mobile, and we are working to ship a fix very soon. You should still be getting rewards and rank progress on the back end, but your client is hanging when it's trying to display that
