This is one of the only real valid complaints. The official communication here on the forums is non-existent. It seems [[58194,users]] is either on a month long vacation or doesn't work there anymore.

I do still work here, and no I'm not on vacation. I'm no longer a community manager though! I took on a different social media role recently. I may still pop in occasionally but expect to see some different WotC folks here.

Obviously the game is still having some issues. That's why we left maintenance on! I wouldn't play until maintenance is over.

If you're looking for the status page, it's at the very top of this page under "Status". Click that and it will send you right over. You can also follow us on Twitter for updates as well. If you don't want to go to Twitter, or don't have a Twitter, that's perfectly fine! The status page link will tell you the same stuff.

If you're running into issues like "what did I just open" or "did I get my rewards", reach out to support (link at the top of the page). Please note that tickets are answered in the order they are received, and as you can imagine, a lot of people are contacting support right now. It may take a few days to get a response. Submitting multiple tickets does not move you up in the queue. Be as precise as you can about what happened, what you saw, and what you would like resolved. The more information you can give the better!

Reply felt a little smarmy, and not really in line with what the maintenance log is saying. Anyways I'm disappointed with what seems to be a consistent issue. There were similar problems with the rollout of M21, if I recall correctly.
I hope this doesn't happen again in the future

Sorry, just trying to help? I don't have any solutions or fixes. Trust me, I wish I did! :disappointed: Keep an eye on the maintenance page and send some energy to the devs.

Is there a plan to refund people their spent draft tickets or daily quest not finished today? The mainteinance has been quite long.

Thanks for the official love, above. I guess we should expect this- most games apply an update, and add maybe 3% new content. Not sure what percentage of total data the new set represents. It is still "under maintenance" and we should not schedule our lives around a game.

A new set changes a lot of things in-game, and game development has a million different factors to it. I understand that it's frustrating to wait. I'm chomping at the bit to play the new set, too! They're working as fast as they can to resolve things. :heart:
