@xivarmy:They may wish to have an official representative post here if they took things back down for maintenance (since you know, they were actually up at one point, and the game gives no such indication). Preferably with an ETA so people know how long to not bother trying for. I don't even know where that status page you found is located!This is one of the only real valid complaints. The official communication here on the forums is non-existent. It seems [[58194,users]] is either on a month long vacation or doesn't work there anymore.
I do still work here, and no I'm not on vacation. I'm no longer a community manager though! I took on a different social media role recently. I may still pop in occasionally but expect to see some different WotC folks here.
Obviously the game is still having some issues. That's why we left maintenance on! I wouldn't play until maintenance is over.
If you're looking for the status page, it's at the very top of this page under "Status". Click that and it will send you right over. You can also follow us on Twitter for updates as well. If you don't want to go to Twitter, or don't have a Twitter, that's perfectly fine! The status page link will tell you the same stuff.
If you're running into issues like "what did I just open" or "did I get my rewards", reach out to support (link at the top of the page). Please note that tickets are answered in the order they are received, and as you can imagine, a lot of people are contacting support right now. It may take a few days to get a response. Submitting multiple tickets does not move you up in the queue. Be as precise as you can about what happened, what you saw, and what you would like resolved. The more information you can give the better!
