It's been a week since I won a 2 x box token in the Arena Direct Bloomburrow event. I have yet to receive any information regarding claiming my Prize...

Have any of you received confirmation about moving forward with the process?

I feel like there should be an automated email that is sent out just to show that you're on their list or something.
