I did not get a pack from the purchase I made from the deals section in the store or from the mastery pass. I know there’s a bug section to report but I can’t figure out how to use it. There have been so many bugs in the past where I tried to spend time reporting them and I just gave up.

Same thing happened to me with 3 packs. Black screen, so I re-load. Back in, and no packs.
