This looks to be a little bit spicier than that.
I see some proliferate shenanigans with [[Karn's Bastion]] [[decoration module]] and [[paradox engine]].
Still not sure how their making it work, because i cant see what else is going on...
I assume [[metalwork colossus]] and a sac outlet, but idk.

I call it "No Color No Hope"
It doesn't win much and it's less ramp and more "Play all of your deck in an entire with discounted artifacts + find a fun win-con based off what your opponent is playing." Forsaken Monuments + Paradex Engine don't hurt thought :P
Big fun moment is when you have the following in play (which isn't hard to do since playing everything from the library is pretty simple to get going):
Tap your artifacts, activate Chaos Wand to (probably) cast an opponents spell, Paradox Engine untaps your artifacts and Chaos Wand- rinse and repeat until you whiff or your opponent is out of things to cast this way.
