Reaching out to see if anyone else has this experience. Recently I competed and won in the arena direct competition for the MH3 booster box. Waited for the email after and followed the appropriate steps and when it links out to scalefast I receive an error that I’ve added a picture of to this post. I’ve made multiple tickets and have tried to work with WotC for weeks and at this point I’m receiving no communication back and I’m unsure what, if anything, can be done to help me receive the box I had won.

Open to any advice and hoping someone else out there has seen this and maybe could help me navigate the scalefast issue.

Sorry you're having this experience! We are aware that a small number of winners are running into issues like this, and we are actively working with the different groups involved to resolve them. This is being worked on, and it hasn't been forgotten. It's just taking longer than any of us would like.
