I was super excited for Arena coming to Mac, I was going to get to play again for the first time in over a year. But, I don't remember what password I was using.
No problem, I'll just reset my password... except the reset password email never shows up.
I fill out a support requests on the Wizards website, they ask me for a past billing receipt (which includes my email and an order #) and I give it to them, and they say, "OK we've triggered the reset password email!" - which in turn never shows up.
That was five days ago, and they've completely ignored the ticket. since that first day.
Does anyone know how to get a human being to pay attention to the problem and actually solve it?
(In case anyone's wondering - the email is a gmail account, yes I checked my spam folder, yes I added their email to my contacts, yes I checked that I didn't have any filters blocking them)
