You could also just use "Good Game". It's okay to lose, it happens to everyone (and fairly often). If someone needs to learn how to pilot a deck, unranked queues are the perfect place to do it.

But as stated a few times already. GG gets taken as an insult by a portion of the playerbase already... specifically because tilted players only got GG to throw at you

Any emote can be taken as an insult, depends on context. Just say "Good Game" and move on with your life. One of my favorite things about MTG Arena is that I can play a lot of games rather quickly. Say GG, concede/lose, and queue up again!
