It just seem so strange that a player that focuses to get high in mythic# for Historic BO3 have to contend with the players that mainly play to get high in mythic# Standard 2021 BO1. It is completly diffrent modes?
Are there any plans to change this in the future from wotc?

We don't want players who are have a rank goal to be forced to do so all in one format, and effectively punish their desire for variety by "reseting" their progress when they change modes. This especially applies to formats like Standard 2021, which don't exist for a full ranked season.
While it's true when you're new to a format and trying to pick up on its meta, you may feel somewhat behind early, overall, a player who got to Mythic in Standard likely has more in common with Mythic Historic players than they do Bronze Historic players.
