[2021] Issues with Open Ornaments Achievement and 10 for 10 Offer

Today there were several issues regarding the Season’s Sorcery event with the achievement to “Open Ornaments”.

First, the achievement was not appearing for many players, but this should now be fixed.

Second, the achievement chain did not start at the intended "Open 1 Ornament". We have issued a fix, which corrected all players' progress.

Separately, there is an issue with the Campaign Characters Offer as shards for characters not currently available on campaign nodes (Rescue, Ghost) were unintentionally included in the drops. As this cannot be changed retroactively, the offer will continue to run and after it has expired we will be sending compensation to players that received shards for the ineligible characters.
